Shipping Policy

Order processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be longer during sales or peak periods.

Shipping destinations and rates: We ship to the United States. Available shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary by destination and order.

Estimated delivery: Delivery typically takes 7–20 business days after an order ships, depending on the product and supplier location. These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays and other events outside our control can affect delivery times.

Tracking: Tracking information may be provided for some orders once shipped. If tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow a few days for tracking to update after receiving your shipment notification.

Address changes: If you need to correct a shipping address, contact us at zatoren@yahoo.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing.
